All deposits for Network Designs or Network Programming are NON - REFUNDABLE

Hardware upgrade: Please call and speak to an advisor. Prices can vary depending on what parts are being upgraded.

Software Upgrade: $125.00 (includes anti-virus updates, virus deletion, and service tune-ups)

Network Tune-up: $250.00 - $500.00 (Price may vary due to size and type of Network structure)

Mainframe Tune-up: $500.00 - $1,500.00 (Price may vary depending on how many and sizes of Mainframes)

All deposits placed down for custom builds are NON - REFUNDABLE.

All security deposits and down payment costs are determined by the total price of the item being made. This normally ranges between 20% - 50% of the total cost upfront, unless a different amount is determined between Metro Atlanta IT Professionals LLC and the client.

Refunds -

30 - Day Money Back Guarantee - If for any reason a completed network or PC is not up to your personal or business standards, we will gladly refund the cost of the service. Our security deposits and down payments are NON - REFUNDABLE. Meaning, that all deposits and down payments that are placed down for custom PC or Networking builds will not be refunded. Only the difference will be refunded to the customer by Certified Check only.

Refund Policy -

Our refund process normally takes 14 business days for a complete turnaround to the customer. If a refund is requested the parts will be sent back to the distributor and then the money will be refunded to Metro Atlanta IT Professionals LLC. Once that is done, Metro Atlanta IT Professionals LLC will then cut a Certified Check for the remaining difference, NOT INCLUDING SECURITY DEPOSITS OR DOWN PAYMENTS, and then will send it via Certified Mail to the requesting client's address that was provided to us. If the PC or networking parts have not been ordered by the time the refund is requested, then the security deposit may be refunded with manager or owner approval only.

Exchanges -

If for any reason there are any issues with any parts that have been purchased, we will gladly exchange them without hesitation. Please contact our office and a service advisor or technician will be glad to assist you and get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Warranty -

All of our custom networks and custom PCs are covered by our lifetime warranty unless stated otherwise on your receipt. Used parts are offered through the company and have been certifiably tested before being used. These used parts are NOT covered under our lifetime warranty policy. Please reach out to our customer service advisors to see if your issue is covered or not. They will be glad to assist you.

Metro Atlanta IT Professionals LLC, has the right, to deny services to a client for any reason. If this occurs, the security deposit or down payment is NON - REFUNDABLE.
